Short answer: If you forgot your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Vizno will email a secure reset link if an account exists for that address. If you are already signed in, change either one from Account then Sign-in & security (/account/security).
Reset a forgotten password
- Open the sign-in page and select Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Open the reset link in the email. The link expires after 1 hour and works once.
- Choose a new password with at least 8 characters.
- Sign in again with the new password.
For privacy, the request page always shows the same acknowledgement. It does not confirm whether an account exists for the submitted email.
Resetting your password signs out every existing session for the account. This protects the account if an old password or browser session may have been compromised.
Invalid or expired links
Request a new link from Forgot password? if the reset page says the link is missing, invalid, expired, or already used.
Change your signed-in account details
Open Account then Sign-in & security (/account/security). Changing a verified email sends a confirmation link to your current address first; changing your password asks for the current one and offers to sign out your other sessions. A changed email affects sign-in and where account notices are delivered, so confirm the new address is one you can reach.
If you're locked out
If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, contact Vizno support directly. Do not create a duplicate account while recovery is being reviewed.
