What's the reserve fund on subscription revenue?

Short answer: There is no reserve fund in force today. Creator rev-share credits are held in full for 90 days from when they post, then release into your usable balance automatically. A percentage-based rolling reserve on top of that hold is proposed but not decided. Chargebacks and refunds post as offsetting ledger entries against your earnings when they occur.

How the rolling reserve works

When subscription revenue is attributed to your account, 90% is immediately available toward your usable balance. The remaining 10% is held in reserve. Each reserved portion is released 30 days after it was withheld, on a rolling basis - meaning portions are continuously becoming available as their individual 30-day windows expire, rather than all at once at the end of a fixed period.

Chargebacks and refunds

Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from your gross earnings at the moment they are processed. This deduction happens independently of the reserve - Vizno does not absorb these costs from the reserved funds. If a chargeback or refund occurs during the 30-day hold window on a related transaction, both the deduction and the reserve still apply according to their own rules.

Who this policy applies to

The reserve applies to creators only. Affiliate payouts are not subject to this reserve policy. If you participate in both the creator and affiliate programs, only the creator-side earnings are affected.
