Short answer: No. Sexually explicit content depicting a real, identifiable person is prohibited outright, whatever the medium or style - photographic, rendered, illustrated, stylized, or satirical. There is no non-photorealistic carve-out. Non-sexual depiction of a public figure is a separate question and is generally permitted.
What counts as "photorealistic"?
The prohibition targets depictions that closely replicate a real person's actual appearance - renders, heavily post-processed photographs, or any image a reasonable viewer would perceive as a genuine likeness rather than a clearly stylized or illustrated work. If your art style is unmistakably illustrative, cartoonish, or otherwise non-photographic in nature, it does not fall under the photorealistic ban.
What still applies regardless of medium
Even for non-photorealistic depictions, all other content rules remain in full effect. The depicted character must not be presented as a minor, the content must be published on the correct platform tier (Vizno Uncut for explicit material), and any broader prohibited-content rules continue to apply. Satire does not override those baseline requirements.
Edge cases and things to watch for
If your depiction is stylized but still engineered to be unmistakably identifiable as a specific real person and photorealistic in likeness, it will be treated as photorealistic for policy purposes. When in doubt, err toward a more abstracted style or use a clearly fictional stand-in character.
