Can an affiliate change their NSFW intent (yes ↔ no ↔ later) after signup?

Short answer: Yes - your NSFW intent setting is not locked at signup. You can switch between "yes," "no," and "later" at any time through your affiliate account settings, so your preference can evolve as your content strategy changes.

What the NSFW intent setting controls

When you join the Vizno affiliate program, you declare whether you intend to promote adult (NSFW) content - available through Vizno Uncut - or mainstream content, or whether you want to decide later. This declaration influences which campaigns and creatives are surfaced to you and how attribution is handled across Vizno's two fronts.

Changing your setting after signup

You can update your NSFW intent at any time from your affiliate account settings panel. There is no cooldown period or limit on how many times you can change it. The updated preference takes effect going forward; it does not retroactively alter attribution or commission records from before the change.

Edge cases and things to keep in mind

  • Switching your intent from "no" to "yes" may require that your affiliate account has passed any applicable age-verification checks before adult campaign materials become accessible.
  • If you previously selected "later" and have not yet confirmed a direction, updating the setting is the only way to unlock intent-specific campaign access - leaving it as "later" keeps you in a neutral state.
  • Changing your intent does not alter the attribution model itself; see the related article on attribution for details on how commissions are calculated.
