Can readers file reports without signing in?

Short answer: Not yet - the in-product report form is not built, so there is nothing to submit anonymously today. Email reports@vizno.com or use vizno.com/contact. When it ships the plan is to accept reports without an account, protected by rate limiting and a bot check.

How anonymous reporting works

When you submit a report without signing in, you will be asked to complete a reCAPTCHA challenge. This step confirms you are a real person and helps keep the reporting system fair for everyone. Once you pass the challenge, your report is submitted and reviewed by the Vizno team just like any other report.

Rate limiting for anonymous reports

To prevent spam and coordinated abuse, anonymous reports are subject to rate limits. If you submit too many reports in a short period from the same device or network, additional reports may be temporarily blocked until the limit resets. Signing in to an account does not bypass these protections - rate limiting applies platform-wide.

When you might want to sign in anyway

While signing in is not required to report, doing so can make it easier for the support team to follow up with you if they need more information about your report. If you want to track the status of a report or receive a response, having an account gives the team a way to reach you.
