Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Vizno has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and forced labor in any form. We prohibit any use of the Service that promotes, facilitates, or profits from trafficking or exploitation, and we are committed to preventing our platform from being used to harm any person. This policy applies to everyone who uses Vizno - creators, players, affiliates, and visitors.

1. What we prohibit

The following are banned from Vizno without exception:

• Content or conduct that promotes, depicts as real, or facilitates human trafficking, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking.
• Content produced through coercion, force, fraud, or deception, or featuring any real person who has not freely consented to appear.
• Any content involving a real person under 18, and any content that sexualizes a minor, real or fictional, regardless of how the character's age is described. See the Content Policy.
• Advertising, solicitation, or arrangement of commercial sexual services, escort services, or prostitution.
• Recruitment of persons into commercial sexual activity, or use of the Service to groom, pressure, or entrap any person.

Violations result in immediate content removal and account termination, and are reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. How we prevent it

Vizno is a platform for fictional visual novels, not user-generated photography or live performance, which limits - but does not remove - the surface for exploitation. Our safeguards:

• Creator accountability. Every creator signs the Creator Terms with a recorded acceptance (timestamp, IP address, and signed text), confirms they hold the rights to everything they publish, and gives explicit consent for their content's public display. Identity verification is required before a creator's content can be published.
• Content standards and review. Published content is subject to the Content Policy, automated safety classification of uploaded and generated imagery, and human review.
• Reporting and rapid takedown. Anyone, with or without an account, can report content through the channels in the Complaints and Content Removal Policy. Reports of illegal content - including trafficking-related content - are escalated immediately and acted on within 24 hours.
• Depicted-person protections. Any person depicted in content on Vizno may request its removal, with disputes resolved by a neutral third party. See the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.

3. How to report

If you believe content on Vizno involves trafficking, coercion, a minor, or a person who did not consent:

• Email safety@vizno.com - reports of this kind are treated as emergencies.
• Use any reporting channel in the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.

If you or someone you know is a victim of trafficking:

• United States: contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (24/7, confidential), text 233733, or visit humantraffickinghotline.org.
• Outside the United States: contact your local law enforcement or find country-specific resources through the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
• If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

4. Cooperation with law enforcement

Vizno cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations into trafficking and exploitation, including preserving and disclosing records as required by law. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
