Short answer: Voice is not yet available for use in projects - the feature is still being built. It will be ready before Vizno launches publicly, so you will be able to use voice in your project by the time the platform goes live.
Current state of voice support
The voice picker interface exists in the authoring tools as a placeholder, but the underlying publish pipeline that processes and delivers voice audio is not yet built. This means you cannot currently assign, preview, or publish voice for any characters or narration in your project. Any selections made in the voice picker now will not produce output.
What to expect before launch
Voice support is committed to being complete before Vizno opens to the public. No specific calendar date has been announced, but the feature will be functional for all creators at launch. You do not need to take any action in the meantime - existing project files will be ready to use voice features once they become available.
Edge cases and things to know
- Projects saved while voice is stubbed will not be broken; your other project data is unaffected.
- No specific month or release window has been confirmed beyond "before launch," so a precise ETA cannot be given at this time.
- If you need voice for a project with a tight internal deadline, plan around the absence of this feature until a launch date is announced.
